This concept and business model runs very much like Air BNB except there is no stay over.
The Luxury Lounge and Dining Spaces are available for 3 to 6 hour bookings.
This makes entertaining in a private space with multi million dollar views of our working harbour available to everyone.
Development would be up to 12 entertainment units available for private rental.
The Business Model would have a office with concierge and onsite cleaners to have the units turn around ready in 30min.
The units will be fitted out with lounges and dinning tables and small food prep area , Fridge & TV & Sound System.
Glassware and dinning equip supplied and removed and replalced to be cleans in the wash room.
The high spec toilets and bathrooms will be across a hall way so they can be cleaned and refreshed with out interupting guest and keeping room clean up to 30min.
